Kayti AgnelliKayti Agnelli (she/they) is a hearing-disabled, neurodivergent feminist with a deep passion for empowering non-profit organizations as an operations and administrative consultant. With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida and a minor in Theories and Politics of Sexuality, Kayti blends a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach with a commitment to social justice.
After spending 10 years in corporate operations, Kayti transitioned into the nonprofit sector, joining the Funding for Social Change team. There, they leverage their neurodivergence and organizational expertise to enhance administrative and operational systems, helping nonprofits thrive and better serve their communities. Raised in poverty-stricken areas of South Florida, Kayti’s personal journey has shaped their dedication to creating equitable systems. In their early 20s, they experienced a rapid decline in hearing, eventually being diagnosed with otosclerosis, a rare hearing condition. Despite facing these challenges, Kayti rose from a transcriptionist to an Operations Manager, supported by a strong community and accessible resources. This journey of resilience, including securing funding for hearing aids, has profoundly impacted Kayti’s work and approach to creating inclusive, supportive environments for all. Through a blend of lived experience and professional expertise, Kayti is committed to helping organizations streamline their operations and foster an environment of empowerment, accessibility, and growth. |
