Core Team

These are the folks doing all the behind-the-scenes work. We function in that grassroots collective way of everyone doing a bit of everything, but Rads takes lead on all things social media and graphics, Nicole takes lead on all things culture, relationships and resource mobilization, and Cecilia takes lead on all things programming, curriculum, and administrative. In general, Cecilia, Nicole and Rads also make up the core members of the facilitation team, weaving together the threads between our guest facilitated workshops. In 2025, however, Rads is participating in the Alumni Cohort as an alumnus so isn't taking on planning & facilitation responsibilities.
